README.md
Liquid is a Solana memecoin whose creator fees go back into its own liquidity. Every trade on pump.fun pays a creator fee. Instead of going to a team wallet, those fees are recycled into the $LIQUID PumpSwap pool, and the LP tokens from every deposit are burned.
The result is a pool that only gets deeper the more the coin trades. There is no team allocation, and nobody can withdraw the liquidity.
Coin lifecycle
| stage | what happens |
|---|---|
| Launch | $LIQUID launches on pump.fun's bonding curve. Creator fees start accruing from the first trade. |
| Bonding curve | Fees are claimed and held by the engine until the coin graduates. |
| Graduation | The coin migrates to PumpSwap and its pool is created. |
| On PumpSwap | Each engine cycle claims fees, splits them, deposits them into the pool and burns the LP. |
The engine
One cycle, in order:
1. claim creator fees -> engine wallet 2. split 50% SOL -> buy $LIQUID | 50% stays SOL 3. deposit SOL + $LIQUID -> PumpSwap pool -> receive LP tokens 4. burn LP tokens -> 1nc1nerator1111... (same transaction) 5. repeat
Deposit and burn happen in one transaction, so there is never a moment where the engine holds LP it could withdraw.
Trust model
- The engine wallet address is published at launch so anyone can follow it on Solscan.
- Every engine transaction appears in the engine log with a link to Solscan.
- Burned LP sits at the Solana incinerator address, which has no private key.
FAQ
Does the creator keep anything?
No. 100% of creator fees go through the engine and into the pool.
What happens to fees before graduation?
They are claimed and held by the engine wallet, then deposited once the PumpSwap pool exists.
Can the added liquidity be pulled?
No. The LP tokens are burned in the same transaction as the deposit.
Is this financial advice?
No. Memecoins are extremely risky and can go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose.
